Jason Clark patrolled the paint for the Virginia Cavaliers during his career in Charlottesville but now he's finally getting a chance to do it professionally. Inside read about Clark's recent play with the NBDL's Roanoke Dazzle.

Former Virginia Cavalier power forward/center Jason Clark has been playing in the NBDL for the Roanoke Dazzle this season.

After sitting on the bench for most of the year Jason Clark recently earned his first career start of the season and the defensive star has been doing his best to try and keep his spot. Having always been a force on the glass and defensively while at Virginia Clark has made the most of the extended minutes in his first two starts.

His first game out Clark struggled a bit as he only managed 6 points and 4 rebounds in 27 minutes of action against the Fayetteville Patriots. The Dazzle would go on to win 124-113 behind former Georgia Tech star Will Bynum's 35 points. Former Virginia Tech star Bryant Matthews also had 27 points and 12 boards for the Dazzle.

In his second game this past Friday as a starter Clark found his rhythm and had his most productive game of the season going for 10 points an a season high 14 rebounds. Out of those 14 boards, 9 of them can on the offensive end. Still the Dazzle were unable to defeat Fort Worth as they fell 109-105.

Jason and the Dazzle's next game will next be against Fayetteville at home this coming Friday February 10th at 7:00 PM.
