Phillips Commits to UVa
UVAInsiders confirmed the news today with Phillips' mother, "He is it at UVA's practice right now. Yes, he did commit."
Phillips, a 6-foot-6, 215 pounder, makes the sixth player to commit to Virginia for the class of 2005.
He makes the fourth jumbo-athlete to commit of the season and the fifth player at 6-5 or taller.
