Like other recruits, Bennett has offered in recent weeks, his personal approach to the conversation always appreciated.

Like most prospects, Howard is trying to learn everything about his newest offers, but Virginia has one advantage with Howard.

"I caught a couple of games on TV, but other than that I haven't really got to know the program. But my AAU coach Cory Alexander, he went there. So he has been telling me a little bit about the program. It is different coaches now but he has been basically telling me about how it was back then."

"I've heard also from my guidance counselors at school, that UVa has a great academic program, so I am really excited about that."

Academics a key when Howard is looking for the perfect school.

"I am definitely looking at education, and the relationships coaches have with their players."

Although, impressed with the ACC competition the three star standout holds new favorite.

"All the schools are the same right now; no school is ahead," Howard stated.

Howard says he is concentrating on getting better right now, but will look into which schools he will visit after the current AAU season with Team Takeover. Recommended Stories
